This project aims to help learners make the informed choices about their career development. 

This requires the full and active support of teaching and support staff.  Thank you!

To support tutors and mentors, we offer the following:

• In depth collaboration to identify your needs and how best the project can meet them.
• FREE tutorial materials (with tutor support notes and guidance).
• Support with arranging visits from representatives of the professional institutions.
• Liaising with the learner centres to distribute relevant materials.
• We are investigating the opportunity for free membership of a professional institution for tutors if suitable in order to support the 'professionalism' of the learners and their career development.
• Arranging visits to/by businesses carrying out engineering activities in your local area

And any other suitable activities where identified.
